【安全小常识】
自动变速器中油面的高低对变速器的性能影响很大。若油面过高，旋转机件转时剧烈搅动油液并产生气泡，气泡混入ATF内，会降低液压回路的油压，影响控制阀的正常工作，同时，还会引起离合器、制动器打滑，加剧磨损。若油面过低，油泵吸入空气或油液中渗入空气，同样导致产生类似前述的问题。另外油面过低使润滑冷却条件变差，加速ATF的氧化变质。一般在加入自动变速器油时，应保证在液力变矩器及各操纵油缸充满以后，油底壳中油面高度低于行星齿轮排等旋转件的**点，高出阀体与变速器壳体的接合面。

　　在自动变速器中，ATF液面的高低与油液的温度和变速器的工作状况有关。温度升高，油面也升高。当自动变速器正常运转时，ATF充注在变矩器和各油缸油道内，液面下降，熄火后，油面会升高。因此油面高度的检查应在规定的条件下进行。具体检查条件和检查方法因厂家不同，规定也不相同，应按维修手册进行。
